Edge Announce the Appointment of Tom Scoble as New Head Chef

It’s with great excitement that we announce the arrival of our new, highly talented head chef, Tom Scoble.

With a history of working with and learning from the crème de la crème of culinary masters (Marco Pierre White, Richard Corrigan and Jean Christopher Nouvelle to name a few), it is no great surprise that when we heard Tom Scoble was ‘on the market’ we jumped at the opportunity to bring him into the fold.

Having catered special events for the likes of Their Royal Highnesses at Windsor Castle and Buckingham Palace, and consultancies with Jamie Oliver and Marco Pierre White, it goes without saying that Tom is an immensely talented chef who will be a great asset to Edge Restaurant and will add his own individual flair to the excellent reputation we already hold for fine dining in Bournemouth.
