A New Season Inspires a New Menu

New seasonal menu at Edge

Along with the arrival of Springtime, sunny skies and warmer temperatures, there’s a seasonal change taking place at Edge Restaurant too.  We’ve put much thought into creating the new seasons’ menu to enhance your dining experience even further and are happy to announce the launch of our brand new a la carte menu on Thursday, March 22.

We’re incorporating a selection of fantastic new season produce to add even more mouth-watering dishes to our exquisite menu.

Our Starters include such delicacies as, ‘Pan fried Dorset Scallops, carrot & thyme puree, candied hazelnuts & Sauternes emulsion’, ‘Loin of rabbit, black pudding, crispy apple & chicory, light jus’, and ‘Salad of pickled baby vegetables, creamy truffle dressing, shaved pecorino cheese’.

We’ve created main courses of, ‘Baked cod in Parma ham, crushed potatoes, tapenade & confit tomato’, ‘Canon of lamb Wellington, fondant potato, baby vegetables, red wine jus’, ‘8oz beef fillet steak, wild mushroom polenta, celeriac puree, poached white asparagus’.

And to finish off the new seasonal menu immerse yourself in our, ‘Warm chocolate fondant, vanilla ice cream, Bailey’s milkshake’, and ‘Lime & basil panna cotta, citrus salad, shortbread’.
