Let the Yuletide Festivities Begin

The year is almost over and December has arrived along with fresh frosty mornings, beautiful clear winter skies and perhaps a smattering of snow too!  The pace has stepped up to that of ‘frantic’ as we prepare for the busy festive season here at Edge Restaurant in Bournemouth.

The Christmas function menu that chef’s created is out of this world with the likes of fabulous Foie Gras and Chicken Liver Parfait, wicked Wild Mushroom Risotto, tantalising Traditional Turkey and sublime Sea Bream to whet your appetite, all topped off with the most traditional of Christmas desserts, Christmas Pudding accompanied by Brandy sauce.

The restaurant’s been dressed to impress, suitably attired with sparkling baubles and all those customary Christmas accessories that complete the yuletide ambiance. It’s warm and welcoming and we’re ready to celebrate this special year end tradition with style and elegance, as always!

Forgot to book a venue for your company Christmas party, or perhaps a festive family get-together is in order prior to the big day?  Well fear not, we have a beautiful private room that overlooks Bournemouth Beach and the rugged Dorset coastline beyond.  We are happy to accommodate parties of up to 24 comfortably but have space available for larger groups too – just call one of our helpful reservations staff who will be happy to assist with your special event booking.
